Common questions

How does it work?
Type what you're working on, pick a session length (25 or 50 minutes, or open), and start fishing. The fisher keeps you company while you work and catches a fish every few minutes. Each fish is worth 10 coins. Breaks follow your sessions.

What happens if I leave the app?
The fisher waits for you. If you've allowed nudges, you'll get one gentle reminder if you're away for a few minutes during a session. Coins are never taken away.

Can I listen to my own music?
Yes. The game's sounds play alongside your music and podcasts, and with the silent switch on. Use the sliders in Settings to make the lake quieter, or turn the effects off.

I bought a coin pack but didn't get the coins.
Coins from a paid purchase always arrive, even if the app was closed during the purchase: open the game again and they'll be credited. Settings › Coin history lists every pack you've bought. If something still looks wrong, email us with the date of the purchase.

Can I restore my coins on a new phone?
Coins are consumable, so the App Store can't restore them. They're saved on your iPhone and come back with an iPhone backup (iCloud or your computer) restored onto a new phone.

How do I turn off the ads and coin packs?
Settings › Hide coin packs and ads. Ads only ever play when you tap to watch one.

Purchases are handled by Apple. You can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
